Hotel Occupier Requirement:
- 1-3 acre site
- Busy A roads / no dual carriageways
- Freehold or long leasehold site values of £1m to £2.5m
- 60 – 120 bedrooms and 5,000 sq ft restaurant
First Generation Retail Warehouses Requirement:
- Solus or multi-let parks
- Good transport links
- Asset management / development options
