Coplan Estates has agreed Contracts to purchase a development site of 2.6 acres (1.06 HA) north of Bristol Town Centre. The site is well located close to J17 of the M5 motorway at Cribbs Causeway, one of the Premier retail and leisure destinations in the south west.
The site has development potential for a range of commercial and residential uses. We are currently working up the design and anticipate submitting a planning application early next year.
